After establishing a new tone of voice for Lloyds Bank, I wrote many of the initial in-branch launch materials for ‘The Moments That Matter’ Campaign, which went on to win a Transform Gold Award for design agency, Rufus Leonard.

One of the first briefs was to create a simple but engaging booklet that would explain the rebrand to customers.
