Creating a smarter investment platform
Bestinvest asked Hi Mum! Said Dad to refresh their digital proposition so they could attract a broader range of customers. They wanted to provide more guidance for existing investors, while engaging less experienced customers with tools to help them start their investment journey. I was asked to deliver the end-to-end content strategy, writing copy for both the new web-app and customer-facing website.

Content strategy and copywriting
I was responsible for all copy on the hybrid website, from the UX micro-copy on the web app to the long-form content that guides users to sign up to the right product. To help embed the refreshed brand within the business, I also wrote a tone of voice guide based on the new value proposition and experience principles.
